Hello!

My name is Elizabeth, and I am a Montana state Licensed Massage Therapist and a Registered Nurse. My passion is CranioSacral Therapy - a light touch approach that assists the body to release deep tensions for the purpose of pain and stress relief, functional improvement, and increased whole body and mind health and performance.

My Journey

I became interested in massage therapy because of the benefits I observed from the CranioSacral Therapy that my friends, family, and I received. Working as a nurse in the Emergency Room for sixteen years has opened my eyes to the limitations of western medicine and given me a desire to bring a different form of help to those who continue to suffer.

In my practice CranioSacral Therapy is my main modality, but I regularly combine it with other types of bodywork, such as Orthobionomy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Myofascial Release, and Swedish Massage. I am also studying Neural Manipulation and am incorporating that into my practice. The focus of Neural Manipulation is working specifically with nerves, and my trainings so far address the nerves frequently affected by concussions, traumatic brain injuries, whiplash, falls, and shoulder and arm issues.

Both in my continued work in the Emergency Room, and my practice as a massage therapist, it has become increasingly apparent to me that in order to have any level of health, be it physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual, all of these aspects need to be addressed together. As a consequence, my practice is evolving to assist with all levels of healing, to assist my clients to find their own inner resources, and to help them find other helpful resources outside of what I offer.
